VILLAGE OF NEWBERRY ANNOUNCES
LET WATER RUN
Newberry, MI – Due to severe weather conditions, the Village of Newberry is authorizing its customers to begin running water immediately to prevent the freezing of water supply pipes. Customers are being asked to select a tap within their residence or business and keep water running from that selected tap until further notice. A stream of water slightly smaller than a pencil is adequate to prevent freezing.
The Village of Newberry appreciates your cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions, please contact the Water & Light clerk. Notification by Village website, Facebook, radio and newspaper will announce discontinuing the need for running water.
