Opportunities are plentiful inside and outside the Village of Newberry. The Luce County Industrial Park is an incredible asset to our area with 298 acres of which 143 acres are available for development. Sites range from 1 to 40 acres.
Topography: Characterized by well drained flat to gently sloped Kalkaska sandy loam and Adams loamy sand soils.

The Park is currently home to Great Lakes Truck Service; a truck and heavy equipment repair facility, Burton Forest Products; a wood products trucking company, ZD Metal Products LLC; a magnesium die-cast facility, Kerr Forest Management; a forestry company, Northern Wings Repair; an aviation components repair facility servicing the globe, Walther Farms; a potato farm, Banks Hardwoods; a kiln dried lumber facility and Burbach Oil Company.
The Park is serviced by Class A all weather roads that access M-28 approximately 1 1/2 miles to the south.
